Empowering agriculture with digital intelligence supporting China and influencing the world

To promote scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between Jiangsu and the UK in the field of modern agricultural technology, the 2019 China (Jiangsu) - UK Modern Agricultural Technology Project Matchmaking and Exchange Conference was held in Nanjing, Jiangsu on March 14th. Duan Xiong, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Jiangsu Province, Yi Zhongyi, President and Party Secretary of the Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Gareth Taylor, Consul for Science and Technology Innovation at the British Consulate General in Shanghai, and Ian Warwick Holmes, Head of the Agricultural Group at the British Innovation Agency, delivered speeches. Jiangsu Three&Three, as a leading smart agriculture comprehensive service provider in Jiangsu Province, was invited to participate in this exchange meeting.

The British representative sent 15 enterprises and 10 well-known research universities (including the University of Manchester, the University of Sheffield, the University of Nottingham, Durham University, etc.) in the modern agricultural technology field to attend the exchange. At this meeting, Jiangsu Three&Three reached a cooperation intention with several British companies on the research and application of agricultural big data and IoT sensors.
