On September 5th, 2022, the work exchange and promotion meeting for the construction project of the "unmanned farm" integrated demonstration base for rice wheat rotation was held in Nanjing. Shen Yi, a first level inspector of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Ding Yanfeng, Vice President of Nanjing Agricultural University, Cao Guangqiao, Deputy Director of the Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Zhang Yi, Director of the Nanjing Agriculture and Rural Bureau, and other leaders attended the meeting and gave speeches. Liu Weimin, General Manager of Jiangsu Three&Three, attended and reported on the project situation.

The construction project of the "Unmanned Farm" integrated demonstration base for rice wheat rotation in 2022 is jointly created by Nanjing Agricultural Equipment Promotion Center, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing Tianxin Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Three&Three and other units.

This project fully utilizes the advantages of highly organized and large-scale production of local rice and wheat, establishes a complete unmanned farm precision planting management system, and integrates China's leading technologies such as Beidou navigation, 5G communication, big data intelligence, and agricultural machinery manufacturing into the entire process of "cultivation, planting, management, and harvesting", creating a model base and innovative model for intelligent unmanned rice and wheat production.

At present, in Tianxin Demonstration Farm, Chengqiao Street, Liuhe District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Three&Three has built the Tianwei Agricultural Rice and Wheat Full Industry Chain Management Platform, which integrates resources from farmers, suppliers, and purchasers, providing convenient tools and reliable data for agricultural enterprise production management and market development.

Next, Jiangsu Three&Three will upgrade and optimize modules such as agricultural machinery management, IoT management, and system expansion applications.

01 Unmanned Agricultural Machinery Supervision Platform

By installing intelligent monitoring terminals on unmanned agricultural machinery, statistical analysis of information data such as the location, operation status, and video images of the machinery during the processes of tillage, planting, crop protection, and harvesting is carried out on the platform. This achieves the goals of monitoring the machinery, operation, path planning, historical trajectory, command and dispatch, statistical analysis, and equipment warning, thereby achieving remote visual control of unmanned agricultural machinery in the demonstration zone.

The function of creating a new farm map includes one map of agricultural machinery operation, one map of Internet of Things, one map of remote sensing, etc. Combined with self-developed visualization technology, it meets the display needs of various businesses in the field of unmanned farm applications.

02 Intelligent Irrigation Control Equipment System for Farmland

By utilizing remote intelligent irrigation control devices based on 5G communication, the water inlet and outlet of ditches and fields can be remotely and automatically controlled. Based on the field water conditions, precise irrigation prescriptions can be generated, and water inflow or drainage operations can be automatically carried out to achieve precise control of field water.

From the construction project of the "unmanned farm" integrated demonstration base for rice wheat rotation in Jiangsu Province, it can be seen that precision technologies such as 5G, Internet of Things, and cloud computing are increasingly integrated into the development of the agricultural industry.
