Recently, the list of finalists for the 2023 National Digital Rural Innovation Competition has been officially announced. A total of 809 entries were received online on the official website of this competition, and a total of 316 entries were confirmed by the competition organizing committee to be shortlisted for the semi-finals. In the digital track of rural governance, the "Zhangguang Digital Town" project supported by Jiangsu Three&Three was successfully shortlisted.

The 2023 National Digital Rural Innovation Competition, with the theme of "Digital Empowerment of Rural Revitalization, Innovation Leading the Future of Rural Areas", is jointly organized by the Central Cyberspace Administration as the guiding unit, the China Federation of Network Social Organizations, the Cyberspace Administration of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The competition has 8 tracks and a total of 50 planned scenes.

Zhangguang Digital Town

Zhangguang Town is located on the western border of Nanqiao District, Chuzhou City, Anhui Province. It is situated on the ridge of the Jianghuai watershed and intersects with Feidong, Quanjiao, and Dingyuan counties. It is a distribution center for surrounding agricultural and sideline products and a base for red tourism education.

Jiangsu Three&Three, based on local reality, characteristic positioning and development needs, focuses on big data, 5G, Beidou navigation, Internet of Things, Internet, intelligent analysis and other technologies to build a "1+1+10+N smart Zhang Guang platform". With a rural brain and a set of operating system as the core, it sets up 10 modules, including party building, industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance, affluent life, forest leader system and straw burning, river leader system and flood control, old and weak relief, and rural cultural tourism. It explores a "one-stop" monitoring, command and dispatching, online and offline comprehensive coordinated governance system, and creates a future oriented smart town system framework through hierarchical construction.

The staff of Zhangguang Town can view and monitor the operation of the whole town in real time through the command center's big screen, computer website and mobile APP, promote the integration of the Internet and industrial characteristics, make measures to local conditions, highlight characteristics, comprehensively improve the government's supervision, governance, service and emergency response capabilities, and form the characteristics of Zhangguang's basic governance services.
