As the main production area of rice wheat rotation in China, Jiangsu Province is at the forefront of the development of smart agriculture and intelligent agricultural machinery. Against the backdrop of various related industries across the country striving to explore future agricultural production models, the Nanjing Agricultural Equipment Promotion Center, together with the Smart Agriculture Research Institute of Nanjing Agricultural University, Jiangsu Three&Three Information Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Tianxin Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and others, has launched an integrated demonstration project of "unmanned farms" for rice wheat rotation in Liuhe, Nanjing, actively promoting the construction of "unmanned farms" for rice wheat rotation in Nanjing and the integrated demonstration of unmanned operation of intelligent agricultural machinery equipment.
The rice wheat rotation unmanned farm will be based on China's leading Beidou navigation, 5G communication, big data intelligence, and agricultural machinery manufacturing. It will leverage Nanjing's leading role in China's unmanned agriculture and combine the advantages of high organization and large-scale production of rice and wheat to create a model base and innovative model for intelligent unmanned rice and wheat production.
Jiangsu Three&Three, as a joint unit of the project, fully utilizes information technology to achieve remote management of the entire cycle of rice and wheat production, and builds a sky ground integrated precision agricultural monitoring system, rice and wheat precision production management system, intelligent irrigation area automatic measurement and control system, etc., integrating unmanned operation technologies such as the Internet of Things and intelligent agricultural machinery equipment into the entire process of "cultivation, planting, management, and harvesting".

Phase 1: Rice and Wheat Whole Industry Chain
Jiangsu Three&Three integrates resources to create a full industry chain management platform based on rice and wheat production, building a "leading enterprise+farmer+supplier+purchaser" model, with order agriculture running through all links of the grain production chain, combined with expert service systems to guide agricultural production, ensuring the standardization of production for each farmer, managing various information inside and outside the industry chain through an information platform, and ensuring the stability of the entire rice and wheat production cycle industry chain from multiple dimensions.
Phase II: Wind solar complementarity
The use of IoT intelligent collection devices that complement wind and solar energy has achieved complementarity between new energy sources, improved the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources, fully realized real-time transmission and sharing of agricultural information, and laid the foundation for the later formation of a green intelligent water lifting, water-saving, and control technology system, achieving the goals of high efficiency, water-saving, and environmental protection in agriculture.
Phase III: Smart Agricultural Machinery
Through precise navigation, operating agricultural machinery can efficiently achieve tasks such as plowing, sowing, and harvesting. Not only can real-time information be collected, but also the dynamic running trajectory and operating area trajectory of agricultural machinery can be viewed, promoting the "machine replacement" orientation in the agricultural field and accelerating the comprehensive development of agricultural mechanization.
Phase Four: Smart Irrigation
Re planning and renovating rice field irrigation, developing high standard intelligent irrigation systems and equipment, equipped with remote control of irrigation canal water supply, remote opening and closing of canal gates, real-time image monitoring and other functions, effectively achieving efficient management of water resources and water-saving irrigation in irrigation areas, and better ensuring the production of rice field crops.
Phase 5: Unmanned Farm
Targeting the main management links of rice and wheat production, we will break through the organic integration mechanism of intelligent perception, precise management, prescription integration, automatic navigation, precise operation, and intelligent management, and create a "machine machine collaboration, human machine collaboration" rice and wheat production mode, improve the production efficiency of the farm and the technological value of innovative brands, realize the intelligent operation and application demonstration of unmanned rice and wheat farms, and help unmanned rice and wheat rotation farms "run" with intelligent acceleration!
