In order to promote the digitalization of agriculture, Donghai County has joined forces with Jiangsu Three&Three to carry out high standard farmland construction in accordance with the spatial planning concept of "1 core zone+1 buffer zone+2 radiation zone". A high standard agricultural construction cloud platform has been built in Taolin Town, which integrates farmland data collection and intelligent irrigation control. The platform implements three-dimensional agricultural monitoring and intelligent irrigation management throughout the growth process of rice and wheat crops, changing the traditional agricultural irrigation management status quo. A high standard intelligent irrigation system has been built on 80 acres of farmland in Pushi Village, Changjing Town, to achieve intelligent irrigation, soil moisture monitoring, meteorological monitoring, growth environment monitoring, and more in the field, thus achieving precise irrigation based on crop growth. By continuously strengthening the development of water-saving and intelligent irrigation in agriculture, we will effectively promote the intelligentization and ecologicalization of traditional agriculture in Jiangyin City. After the implementation of the project, according to statistics, the construction area increased production by 20% -30% and the irrigation water utilization rate increased by more than 15%.

Digitalization of farmland and practical application of efficient water-saving
Siyang County is fully committed to promoting the construction of high standard basic farmland, upgrading 860 acres of farmland in Xinyuan Town, and collaborating with Jiangsu Three&Three to create a digital center for high standard farmland in Siyang County. A smart irrigation system for farmland will be built, which can achieve centralized remote gate automatic control of pumping stations, channels, and inter field irrigation, as well as real-time monitoring and visualization of water conditions. Efficient water-saving technology in agriculture will be applied to actual production, avoiding water leakage and ensuring that every seedling can "drink" and be fully watered. After the completion of the project, it will continue to create favorable conditions for high yield, high quality, high efficiency, ecology, and safety of grain crops in Siyang, and become a leading demonstration area for the construction of high standard farmland in Siyang.

Xingguli is vigorously building the National Digital Planting Industry Innovation Application Base project in Sheyang County, establishing a smart irrigation system. By installing intelligent inlet and outlet control gates, inlet and outlet gates, water fertilizer machine controllers and other equipment, real-time display of gate status, pump room operation status, statistical analysis of historical data, intelligent warning, real-time video and other functions have been achieved. The precise field intelligent irrigation system of Nanfan Smart Base of Nanjing Agricultural University Sanya Research Institute is jointly developed by Nanjing Agricultural University Sanya Research Institute and Jiangsu Three&Three. The system can provide precise irrigation suggestions based on crop growth monitoring results and soil moisture content, achieving efficient water-saving irrigation. At the same time, optimize the irrigation management control system, which can start and stop all inlet and outlet gate valves with one click, observe water usage in real time, and promote the integration of agricultural production facilities and information technology. After the implementation of this project, it can not only enhance the informatization and intelligence level of Nanfan Base, but also gradually spread the experience to other bases in Sanya City through the technical verification and demonstration application of the base.

Water saving irrigation analysis and decision-making, automated intelligent control
As the largest single area organic rice production base in Anhui Province, Shengqiao Farm in Baihu Town has made great efforts in "high standard farmland" in recent years, and has collaborated with Jiangsu Three&Three to digitize 2000 acres of farmland. Based on technologies such as 5G, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, we aim to create a high standard farmland demonstration zone in Baihu. The smart irrigation system built in it can automatically collect soil moisture and temperature data from various irrigation areas, conduct water-saving irrigation analysis and decision-making, comprehensively obtain the optimal irrigation plan, and control the entire system manually or automatically to improve water resource optimization and water efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of field irrigation and drainage, and continuously improve grain production capacity.
